Dance Studio Movement And Nutrition Centre

This place is REALLY hard to find, with entry down an alleyway and no shop front. You have to stick your hand through the hole in the metal gate door thang or if you still can’t work it out, just shout for help (like I did).
One side of the room opens up to outdoors (at least it was when I went in summer) which I liked. They have all kinds of crazy equipment, it’s a little reminiscent of the film Water World with Kevin Costner. Oh and there’s also a cat or two running around the place and they may come up and say hi during the class, which definitely scored bonus point with me, a big time cat lover.
I attended the floor barre class, which was a great hour of stretching. You feel fab afterwards. They do ballet and other dance classes too.
