Flowers by Entwine

Abusive staff!
My girlfriend purchased a beautiful custom made closed terrarium for my birthday from The Local Shop, which unfortunately at the time of purchase had been contaminated by fungus gnats. This meant we had to return it to be re-​soiled.
We were advised to pick it up a week and half later, only to find out on my visit it hadn’t been completed.
After waiting around for it to be finished, the male staff member handed me a very poor imitation of the original terrarium. It only had one of the original mosses, which looked as though it dumped in from the compost heap and the ornamental were rocks haphazardly dropped in. A very «that will do» kind of job
After showing the staff member a photo of the original version and politely asking him to redo it, he sarcastically repeated to me «it’s nature». I’m sorry, but nature doesn’t excuse poor workmanship!
After politely requesting he redo it as shown in photo, he lost his temper and yelled at me «I don’t know why you’re being such a d**khead, it’s only moss!»
I was absolutely shocked and appalled at the customer service shown to me. Clearly The Local Shop has no respect for its customers or their own workmanship.
If you are looking at spending money at this business, I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

The perfect place to find a last minute present for an aesthetically onto it friend or your tasteful nana, Flowers by Entwine’s staff are friendly and its buyer clearly in possession of incredibly good taste. Definitely worth a look.
