Saw it on my Unilocal map and it was on my way to a favourite Dukedom on a lazy morning so I turned off the main road in search of The Little Sparrow.
The adjoining pizza place was locked behind steel grill fencing which looked a bit daunting. I ventured into The Little Sparrow & was delighted with what I found. Fresh and friendly. And there was a bit of a buzz… they were in the middle of a photo shoot, perhaps for the local rag.
All the staff were friendly. As well as sweet and savoury snack options there was part of the menu dedicated to small people. I saw a mini milkshake and cookies that any 4 year old. .. .. .or big kid, would love to devour.
