I snuck into JB Hi-​Fi in Osborne Park on Saturday to pick up a gift voucher and boy has this place changed since I last shopped here. JB has extended into the furniture store that was previously next door to it and it is now somewhat of a superstore!
The new area now has JB Hi-​Fi now stocking home appliances and white goods!
The extended store is huge and you could spend hours in here looking at all types of different products!

Customer service lives on in Australia! It’s true!
JB Hi-​Fi are the same Australia wide, and the Osborne Park store has the same offering of electronic goods, CDs and DVDs as any other JB Hi-​Fi.
I just wanted to sing the praises of one of the staff members from this store who showed exceptional customer service yesterday.
I bought a printer last week and after only 5 days it was failing to print properly. I called the store and the staff member walked me through a few possible quick fix scenarios. Still having no luck I returned the printer to the store and they were happy to swap the printer for a new one without any hassle. Very impressed.
