Not bad, but the ordering process is a bit of a mess when it gets busy, and some of the staff need a bit more training. They need an ordering kiosk(touch screen) like some of the noodle places do. Speed things up and takes out chances for errors, plus makes figuring out the end cost easy.

Had quite a large group, great environment and they took care of us. We were a bit noisy which we’d like to apologise for! Choosing the pizzas was a bit difficult because there were SOMANYOPTIONS! :) thanks for a good night, and who i assumed to be the manager who helped to take our order and photos.

This place has a prime spot near the intersection of Church and Phillip Streets in downtown Parramatta. I’m glad it lives up to its location. The place is fun. You get to design your own pizza with 4 main ingredients. It’s a bit like Subway in that the staff member will make your base, then proceed to the ingredients asking you what you want, then put it in the oven for you. The dough is hand-kneaded and the ingredients are fresh. This means the end product tastes great. They’re licenced too, which is fortuitous because I love to have a beer with my pizza. The pizza is big enough to feed a couple, though a burly young fella would want one for himself. Either way it’s really good value — especially when compared to the competing pizzerias on the strip. This place has a big problem though during busy periods. I wish they were less like Subway and more like Mad Mex, whereby they move your order along a conveyer belt of helpers who are each smashing one task. The personalised experience is nice, but it’s way too slow. So much so that if you see several people in the queue, think about trying somewhere else. Having said that, the staff are really friendly, which makes them easy to forgive.
