Terrible experience. I arranged for Expert Carpet Cleaning to clean my lounge and in the process my carpet was ruined. They managed to leave a red stain on the carpet and then refused to assist in its removal. Actually they refused to take responsibility for it altogether. When I asked the cleaner if he noticed the stain before he started cleaning he said «I don’t know» and when I asked him if he saw the stain after he had finished cleaning he said «I don’t know». I have 10 witnesses including my real estate agent who can testify that the stain was not there before he started cleaning the lounge.
They did a good job cleaning the lounge but overall I do not recommend them because the damage they have caused has cost much more than the job that they were employed to do.
