Went here for the first time this evening for something different after looking for recommendations on Unilocal and my friend and I were pleasantly surprised. The Mezza plate for two was exceptional and a generous size portion. For the main meal I had the marinated lamb casserole with spiced rice, Lebanese bread and tzaziki… Delish!!! It’s def not the cheapest place in town but the standard of food and service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We frequently eat out at Petra because they have the best Arabic food ever and you get heaps of great food for your money. We especially love the falafel, shawarma, tabouli and baba ganoush. We usually order the banquets but also loved the Petra and chicken Fettah, seriously amazing. They have a nice wine menu and a fun atmosphere especially when the belly dancer is on. It’s family friendly too… We bring the kids and they always happy to have them.
