Parafield Discount Ink and Toner offers a variety of ink/​toner refills and copying services. Doesn’t sound unlike any other store of its kind does it?
Well that’s where you’re wrong. There’s one very noticeable difference here, and that’s in the service.
I went in to get some photocopying and enlargements done, and the staff member on duty was so helpful… I can’t say enough good things about him.
I had forgotten some of the materials needed for my copying, but I had them in my email account. The staff member happily let me use the computer to obtain the graphics I needed printed. There was no hint of annoyance, snide comment or glare. Just good service. It was great!
The staff member was very chatty. Sometimes this can seem really forced and annoying for the customer, but that was certainly not the case here.
If I ever need any copying done again in future I can tell you right now, this is where I’ll be going!
