Visited here a few Mondays ago. Was not impressed. I don’t like going into too much details on bad reviews. I simply do not recommend this venue as a place to dine.

TRASH Let me give you the hot tip buddy. Listen up because you want to hear this if you’re considering actually eating at this pitiful farce of a restaurant. Eat here if you want awful bland soapy counterfeit phở served to you by disaffected surly gauche confused hipsters that struggle to cogitate fast enough to suck air into their mouthbreathing faces– which is all the staff seem to be good at, because it definitely isn’t fucking serving phở. I wonder if Kin scored some kind of special grant from the government to employ this aggregate of drooling losers. Highlights of the clown show for the evening follow: 1) Trying to fit five people at in four seats. These kids can’t even count 2) Seriously they can’t fucking count after ordering five phở for five people we got four and they were surprised when asked where the other was 3) This kid seriously served us all the terrible food(which we came to regret ordering later) without any chopsticks I mean seriously 4) When the food did finally come it was awful and I can’t even bothered complaining about that it was just… don’t eat it. 5) After getting up to fetch the apparently lobotomised waiter to have him collect the bill for us the waitress came over to «clear the table»(jesus) then slopped broth legit all over my bro, not even a small amount like waterfall of broth all over his gear without even apologising. Just an awful experience man seriously I don’t know if they’ve changed management or whatever but it was just fucking shit. Walk 200m down the road and go to Hanoi Hannah instead. Good For:

I went here because its closer than my usual phở selection on high street — cheap and tasty for a hearty sized lunch — nice atmosphere

Get the vermicelli with the pork spring rolls, dump the delectable fish sauce all over the dish and mix it all up. Now dig in. You’re welcome. Good for a lunch, casual dinner or drink, Kin has a fun ambience and is a good all rounder; consistent, well priced and tasty. Well worth a try and has become a regular lunch spot for me.
