The coffee is really really good. The food is not so good, it’s the old story of trying to be different and clever and failing badly. I wish so much they would step up there food game.

The coffee was good, but I fail to understand what is so wrong about asking for an artificial sweetener? They don’t provide them.

What can I say. Boundary Espresso is in my top five cafes in the WORLD! Great coffee. Warm, friendly and genuine service. Clever food. It is as good as it gets.

Boundary Espresso was one of the first Preston outliers, as tendrils of cool spread their way up High St in the past few years. There’s a bit of an over-​reliance on rocket in the dishes, but they’re otherwise fabulous — the pides, the borek, the baked eggs are all good. Staff are lovely, coffee is great, and bonus points for musical taste!
