SILK Laser Clinics – Prospect

I prepaid for 6 microdermabrasions from silk laser clinics as my friend recommended the company to me. Of those 6 appointments I went to several stores and it was a hit and miss each time depending on who the technician was. Sometimes I would get a rash the day after, sometimes my skin is fine. So out of these 6 appointments i probably had about 4 appointments here. At some stage I requested for a specific technician and they called to cancel the appointment and booked me in with someone else even though initially I asked for a specific person. Actually, they rescheduled me twice because someone was sick or whatnot. They seem to reschedule appointments on a regular basis as I had a similar experience at other stores too. My final appointment I was 5 minutes late as I was stuck at work and traffic and the lady made a big scene for no reason. I was happy for her to spend 5 minutes less on my treatment but she seemed to want to ridicule me in front of other people because I was slightly late. Previous to that I have never been late for an appointment ever and they are the ones who are always rescheduling me and I never complained once. Service is extremely poor here and I would never come back again.
