El Jannahs has a great reputation for fantastic middle eastern food. The Blacktown branch has always produxed food of a very high quality, ashas the Granville branch. Punchbowl has similarly proved to be a great example of why El Jannahs has such a loyal fan base and continues to grow. I had the mixed plate and the meat was beautifully succulent and fresh. The homas was flavoursome and fresh as well and plenty of Lebanese bread is always supplied with nearly every meal. I will be happy to eat here when ever I am in Punchbowl.

Best Lebanese charcoal chicken, hands down! Fresh chicken, generous servings and most importantly affordable!

Fkn delicious. Get takeaway, eat the pickles, have chicken with loads of garlic, bring cash(they have an ATM but it’s not always working). Worth travelling to — we visit from Drummoyne. It’s much quieter than the Granville one. Enjoy!

El Jannah is amazing! They have two locations in Sydney, having never been to the Granville one I can only discuss the Punchbowl outlet and boy is the chicken good here. It’s all about the charcoal chicken and the delicious garlic sauce as an accompaniment. I’m really addicted to this chicken now, there are many other places in Sydney that serve the charcoal chicken and garlic sauce combination but none that I’ve found as yet that do it better than El Jannah. Recommendation is to get takeaway as the price of the meal increases exponentially if you choose to dine-in!
