I ordered an Iced Coffee this morning. The service was slow and finally the server passed me a slushy frappuccino?!
I asked for a regular iced coffee and he was adamant that this is all they had. After he spoke to the manager, she came over and said what I wanted was an «iced latte» which wasn’t on the order board.
In the end, it took nearly 15 minutes to get a pretty crummy iced latte /​coffee.
Next time I’ll try Lily’s next door. The service there was much quicker and had a longer line, always a good sign.

«Too much chocolate» is all I can say. Even their mocha was sweeter than most mochas I’ve ever had (probably due to the barista having added more chocolate syrup or powder). It made me sick afterwards.
But having said that…
This place would definitely be a dream come true to all chocolate lovers out there.
Service: average (sometimes slow).

The coffee was so much better than the Cherrybrook store which is my local store so I’m disappointed now that I can’t have this good coffee regularly
