I used to love Sizzler but each time we go it seems to go further and further downhill. The ability to choose your own salad items and dressings was one of the best things about it, but now the salad bar is full of pre-made salads, and there are fewer and fewer individual items. The cheese bread is getting smaller, and there seem to be fewer staff to take your order, leading to longer waiting times. The children enjoy it, but I don’t like it as much as I used to.

It’s been years since I have dined at a Sizzler restaurant. I remember Sizzlers being a place where you pay a small premium to eat until your belly was full. But now days it’s more of a rip-off then a premium. I purchased a Rump Steak with half a rack of ribs for $ 47. The rump steak was like beef jerky. I recon I burnt all the kilojoules I gained from the steak just trying to chew it. The staff forgot to serve my mushroom sauce with the steak. I didn’t even enjoy the ribs, they had little flavour. The only food I enjoyed from the salad bar was the hot bread buns everything else was just average. The dessert section was full of screaming children who were poking, touching and spilling everything, but I did manage to get a little piece of pavlova before they contaminated it.
I was not at all impressed with my visit to Sizzler., it is overpriced and won’t be returning.

Not sure whether it was because I was a bit crook but the food seemed no where it used to be, the chef can’t determine between a medium steak and a med well done steak (one was nearly raw and the other over cooked) and the salad bar was always scraps and the ice cream machine was empty of vanilla ice cream which didn’t go down well with my 5yr nephew who only wanted to go so he could have 10 bowls of ice cream. For the price they expect you to pay these days it is completely over rated and I would have preferred to go else where and we could hear each other talk rather than shouting over the table at each other. Not some where I will consider going again

Very friendly staff and a sizzling food offering Perth people variety of foods. I visit this place regularly and love the food.
I like the salad bar and the fish deal is pretty good also.

If you haven’t hear of Sizzlers you come from a remote part of the world, however for those who don’t know its an all you can eat buffet style family restaurant marketed as value for money.
My Nan always asked to come here for you birthday and I always tried to talk her out of it.
This place is also overpriced for what you get, sure you can fill up on salads and very average pasta salads, there are also a million of deserts that can get the gallbladder juicing up, but I must say its all pretty average.
The steak I ordered was OK, my Nan had some big juicy prawns that were massive and I guess good value. I would be quite happy not to come back however I know my Nan is counting the days until I take her out to lunch here again.
As long as my Nan is happy, right?

Sizzler is — to sum up — a restaurant for those who would like to feel as though they aren’t in a restaurant.
There are several options at Sizzler. One is to choose a set meal, while another to avail yourself of the food at the salad bar. The food at Sizzler is tantalising to the tastebuds, if unhealthy for your arteries. The salad bar offers a pretense at healthy living, but the encouragement to gorge at a free-for-all is, to say the least, not all that healthy upon reflection.
The staff at Sizzler are friendly and efficient, although some staff members seem to have a limited grasp of English so requesting certain items can require patience and impromptu mime.
