Australian customer service makes me so upset but this store takes the cake.
Don’t expect to even be acknowledged by the girls that work here. In fact I was in the store for 10 minutes and the worker pushed past me to PUT CLOTHES BACK ON THE RACK!!!
I remember I bought a dress from here recently. Paid $ 185 for a lace dress. Wore it out once and all the lace is peeling off. So do NOT waste your money here, it is so not worth it.
Plus the girls that work here are from a certain ethnic background and speak in a way that makes me ashamed to be ethnic. Makes you wonder if they even finished primary school. They also look like snooki from jersey shore — not a classy look. *shudders*
The store is just an embarrassment. Enter at your own risk. The workers make you feel as if they are doing a favor by even being awake.
And god help you if you ask them for some assistance. Their favorite answer is «whatever is there that’s the only size we have, bro» *vacant expression, streaked fake tan*
One star for the fact that… hmmm I don’t even want to give one star.
