Less Than Zero

A favourite local bar that has quality beer on tap, and a solid selection of bottled beers including craft and international.
Less Than Zero have a solid in house cocktails, and amazing knowledge of classics e.g. sours and negronis. A solid place to come for after work drinks, catch up with my mates or even for a date. The laid back atmosphere during the week always makes me feel at home.
The food in the venue is awesome. The menu is friendly for everyone including gluten free, vegetarian and carnivore options. The price never is more than $ 15 for an item and the bacon jerky is AMAZING!

Had a blast, great atmosphere, awesome tunes. And the best food I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served at a bar from this new Tanked addition, try the sliders. Definitely recommend! Old fashioned classic cocktails to die for.

Less than Zero has only been open for 2 weeks but I’d heard lots of good things about it, run by people that have been in the bar business for many years and you can tell by the professionalism in the way your bartender makes your cocktails.
Two levels including an outdoor area, bottom level with a good seating area and DJ decks, upstairs with billiard tables (you don’t often see them these days!) and decent area to stand and chat amongst mates. Outside is cosy with outdoor heaters and decorated very well.
It was good to sit at the bar and chat with the bar tender, I love to do that and I often miss it as you really don’t get a chance to do it too much these days.
In a few weeks Less Than Zero will have a chef on board to serve up toasties and Rueben’s amongst other fare. This will be good because you then don’t have to move from the venue.
Perfectly located in Commercial Road Less than Zero is a perfect place to spend with your friends for pre drinks or stay all day on a Sunday, drink eat and play. What a great philosophy!
