Australian Ugg Original

Has been searching for ugg boots for over 6 months and was excited when I saw they had a sale.
Went to the store and the ladies were great — very helpful and knowledgeable. They recommended the size as they said it would be better to go smaller as it pads out. I bought 2 pairs as I didn’t know which one’s to get.
Loved loved loved them and when I finally got around to wearing the second pair — I had had them on for a couple hours around the house and noticed the stitching had come undone in one heel.
I went to the store the following week to see if they would repair the stitching as I felt it was a manufacturing fault. I was advised to email the manager as they couldn’t assist me with the query. Ironically I saw them swap a pair for a couple that were in the store when I purchased them, no questions asked!
I sent an email to the manager as requested and received an email the following day with the subject — THIS IS A DAMAGE BY THE CUSTOMER.
I was really disappointed in the response in the email saying my foot was too big for the boot. I couldn’t (and still can’t) understand why the stitching on my other boots didn’t come undone.
Of course I will get it repaired myself (am sure it won’t be expensive) but still firmly believe it is a manufacturers fault and am writing this review to share my experience and disappointment.

Well if you want Uggs, this is the place to come! Or if you have friends come from overseas who MUST have a pair, then this is an improvement on the various souvenir stores. Any type of Ugg you can imagine — and in my case that’s about 3 — can be found in this small, sparsely populated shop, although it turns out there’s a big warehouse/​stockroom out the back, so it’s a bit of a Tardis-​shop.
I’ll give it 5 stars, basically because I’m really not sure where else you’d be able to buy as many pairs! And they even have Ugg hats, so you can go all out in the Ugg fashion stakes if you really want to!
