Max P. must be smoking some good stuff(or working for Crisp) to say this place is the best burger in the CBD and then ragging on Mary’s and Burger Project who are by far and away the best in the CBD… or he just hates hipsters. Regardless this place is like a Poor Man’s Grill’d…and Grill’d is pretty terrible IMO. I got a wagyu burger. Meh. But YMMV… if you like«healthy» burgers come here(to me those words don’t belong together) and these are not American style burgers ATALL. The meat is bland and the buns are dry enough to cut your mouth. No me gusta. If you didn’t notice, this review is for burgers only. Salads and sandwiches look pretty good though… but hard pass on the burgers.

Very funky and good quality products. But with one cook, the food takes forever. More focus on churning through new orders then getting the food out.

This little surprise in the middle of a(pretty miserable) food court on Castlereagh Street is fantastic! The menu mostly consists of salads and burgers. You can create your own(choosing from a great variety of ingredients) or choose from the menu options. I usually go for salads and have never been disappointed but I’ve tried the breakfast burger once or twice too and highly recommend the calorie splurge! The rye bread is awesome and I’m a total sucker for a little chilli mayo… yum! Crisp is exactly what it’s name suggests, fresh, bright and simple. Staff are friendly(and… let’s face it… not bad eye candy), the price is right and the food is great. I rate it as my favourite workday lunch option.
