I wish I could rate this service 0 stars. The more people who don’t use it, the better. Had my first scheduled cleaner cancelled over the weekend and replaced with another one. So cool, they actually bothered to actively replace a cancellation before the actual day so that was good. But then on the actual day, 5 mins before the clean was scheduled, I get a call saying the cleaner had to cancel, but they would try and find me another cleaner. Instead of calling back to let me know either way, all I get is an email saying my booking was cancelled.
AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. I could probably find a monkey who would be more reliable than these clowns and probably do a better job.

Do not use this company. Booked 3 days before requested clean, they confirmed and night before they cancelled. This company does not seem to be serious or have any cleaning contacts. I am worried it is a scan to get credit card details … Do not use.
