I went to the first yoga and meditation session yesterday. The location was great and I felt quite comfortable. My yoga teacher was Camille. She offered a wide variety of the exercises. Some of them was a bit difficult, but she is quite capable of tuning down the exercises a bit for people like me who are quite new to yoga. The class environment is very nice, friendly, non-judgmental, and welcoming to new-comers. We finished the class with a group hug which was a great experience. They also provide yoga mat and yoga block. I also enjoyed the meditation class with Sebrina. Her voice and also the music that she chooses is fantastic. We did mindfulness meditation which consisted of three parts. I do not remember much about the meditation session as I was quite relaxed. I had a great feeling after the mediation. They also offered a great tasting green tea.
