Have been going here for 6 weeks to have multiple Botox treatments. From the get go I found the environment clean and friendly. The staff were very cautious as I had never had Botox injections before. Every 2 weeks I have had injections starting with my brow, then forehead and recently my crows feet. I’m really stoked with the results and even purchased some fantastic cream for the bags under my eyes. All of my friends have been amazed at the difference.
Also the receptionist has remembered my name everytime I’ve had an appointment. This kind of service always impresses me in a big city like Sydney.
I can’t recommend this business highly enough. Look forward to future dealings with them.

Like a lolly shop for the vain!
After my less than great experience when bargain hunting for skin treatments last year, my wonderful children decided to buy me a gift voucher to what they call a ‘real’ Cosmedic clinic (yes, it’s a real word) for Christmas. As a result I found myself walking in to what felt like a cross between the Apple, Store and David Jones.
The Clinic is 3 very spacious stories big, with the ground floor full of make up and creams, so it felt a bit like being in a department store. There was so much to look at i didn’t know where to start, but as i was ushered into the lift and bound for treatment i didn’t get time to get lost among it.

Having one location to go to for a range of treatments in a busy life can certainly make things easier.
They do body as well as face and they have a range of options for what is best suited for you.
Dr Cussell listens and plans treatments the way you would expect an expert to do.
They’ve recently added the HydraFacial to their clinic and you really, really must try this.

I just went here for a skin cancer check and was given the all clear. I also expressed how I don’t like the moles on my back and the Dr said he could actually laser them off. This is amazing! We went straight in and he lasered them off within 5 minutes! He then went to explain what else they can do with lasers. I had no idea! I just thought this place was a beauty spa but its more of a medical cosmetic practise where they have all these high tech lasers to make you look young again and remove anything you don’t like. I spoke to the clinicians on the retail floor and wow you should see the range of medical grade skin care. apparently this is better than the department store products. This must be where all the celebs go. It’s like a Mecca one stop shop for all your beauty needs but with a medical backing so you can be rest assured you’re safe.
Definitely going to recommend this place to my family and friends!

After years of sun damage and taking certain medications, my face is not what it used to be. I have sunspots and my face is not even-​toned. So one day I thought I would take the plunge and get a Fraxel treatment done. This is where the clinician would administer a laser over your face which treats sunspots, discolourations and fine lines.
So am I happy with the results? In a word, NO. I found out later from a friend that she was advised not to get this treatment done by a doctor because it has the reverse effect on Japanese/​Korean skin. And indeed thats what happened to me. My face got a bit darker despite being diligent with sunscreen/​products and the texture has changed as well. It really peeves me off that the clinician knew of my background and still went ahead with the treatment. To have this outcome is so frustrating, especially after spending all that $$ and going through a week of bad side effects.
So I would NOT recommend this place at all. I would rather go spend a bit more and see someone who has Dr in front of their name…
