Update on previous review. Service recovery for this company is ok. Upon my arrival at hotel the concierge listened to my complaint, he was straight onto the matter. He spoke with bluebird shuttle management who apologized immediately and refunded my fare for this trip. I gave company another go for my return home. Driver was on time and git me to airport within 45 minutes. Although there were other stops aling the way certainty nothing like my first journey.
