That’s What She Said

There’s something so great about finding a cute café, making great coffee, decent food at reasonable prices that open early and is only a minute from work. They also save me the horror that is drinking McDonald’s coffee because nowhere else is open at 6 in the morning.
That’s what she said are getting some serious traction in their neck of the woods and they’re doing it the old fashioned way without even realising it. Yes, they have a website and an Instagram and a Facebook page but word of mouth is what is really getting these guys going. I heard about them from a fistful of people before I even thought to look at a webpage. I’ve now been there every day this week. The two lovely gals who operate this place are such a joy to have greet you at 6:30 in the morning. They keep me awake with their chipper conversation while I wait for my coffee to be made. They make a very good coffee by the way. They are more than happy to whip you up anyone of their breakfasts ranging from sandwiches and wraps to smashed avo on toast to eggs benny and they can do it all take away! They also have a cabinet of sweet treats, all baked on the premises and ever changing.
The gals regularly do dress up days like super villain day or snow day AND if you ask them nicely they can coffee art almost anything in to your cup (I’ve seen sonic the hedgehog, the alien, a dinosaur, Garfield, dragons, a Ford Mustang and R2D2 to name a few!)
There’s plenty of seating, an extensive menu, ripper staff and a great soundtrack smashing out all hours. I don’t know why you’re even still reading this. Get over there and see for yourself.
