The thing about Knox is when you’re looking for something like a new TV, it has all the stores you’d want to check out in one spot.
Dick Smith’s at Knox is a big store. It has a big range of products, and are usually open to negotiations on price, so it pays to arm yourself with their competitors prices before going in. If you’re good at haggling, you can usually land yourself a bargain.

I love this place.
I walk in, thinking that I’m after a specific product that I haven’t seen in person before. I find it, I sometimes get to play with it, and then, more and more often, I walk out, go home, log onto some online stores, and buy it for much, much less.
I might be exactly the sort of shopper that the owners of retail giants loathe, but that’s not my problem.
What I can say about this place is that they’ve got great service. I always feel like they’re trying to win my business through keeping me happy. I also always feel like I would like to buy from there, if I couldn’t get what I’m shopping for significantly cheaper elsewhere.
