Well, we it comes to motels, at least for me, it is the first impression that counts, namely because I generally don’t stay at the same place if I ever return(unless, of course, Hong Kong, oh, and Melbourne when I didn’t live here). The other problem with giving a review is that I stayed here on an Easter long weekend, which meant that the prices were going to be pretty inflated(though I have found accomodation can be pricey anywhere in Victoria — and in fact Australia). However I can say that I didn’t mind the place — the beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot and had a decent pressure. They also had a mini bar, which I don’t see many of these days(probably because they generally always go missing), and the prices in the said mini-bar were also pretty reasonable. Mind you, my friend was about to open the bottle of wine, believing that it was a gift, when I gently pointed out to him that it was also a part of the mini bar — so he went around the corner to the bottleshop and ended up buying one that was somewhat more expensive.
