Brooks isn’t a very big name in Australia. It is not like Nike or Addidas. But they still have reasonable quality shoes and sports gear. I went into Brooks looking for some cheap shorts to go to the gym in. They had a big range of mens and womens shorts starting from $ 9.99. They also had some nice tshirts that were really cheap at $ 7.50 and up. My only issue is that all the women’s tshirts are very tight fitting. This sucks if you are bigger in the chest area compared to the rest of you. Which is why I tend to buy the men’s tshirts.
There were two staff on while I was there. The guy was bitching about rosters and people whinging about hours and then saying they couldn’t do the shifts. The lady was a little more professional. When it came time to pay for my things she was chatty and pointed out a few things I had missed. I wouldn’t pay full price for these clothes, but at this price they are great.
