The cold drip coffee was excellent, staffer made me syrup on the spot even though they were closing! Excellent service!

Although busy with all the tourists, I wasn’t too fussed with the taste testing and went straight for the coffee. It was pretty packed. We got there around 11:30 but there were plenty of seats outside as most people found it too cold but we came prepared! Coffees were super lovely. Just have to know which blends you like. We got the triple C blend for nutty chocolatey flavours.

Wow you can get a cup of coffee in the Swan Valley! Ho Hum… If you really wanna try it … get in an early lunch, and do a progressive coffee here. I went on a long weekend. It was packed, staff were overwhelmed, empty tables were dirty, the wait time was ok considering but nobody cleared the table so I took the liberty of cleaning the table myself for them. Now the positives: — awesome outlook of the country with a vineyard backdrop and a dam in the foreground. — lovely rustic décor — love the old coffee machine coffee table(except it was dirty the entire time we were there and nobody was sitting at it). — the coffee… Well hey it is better than your bad cup of joe but not amazing. — the outdoor setting is lovely not much cover so pick a cool clear day. Tasting might have been an ok experience but I didn’t feel like elbowing my way in between the Asian tourists. Getting a car park was hard enough.

I visited Yahava KoffeeWorks recently for the first time and i fell in love. The coffee is fantastic quality and the food is delicious. The inside of the Coffee Shop is usually packed with people but I sat outside and it was more of a quiet environment. I ordered a breakfast wrap and a coffee and I received the meal very quickly. The place is perfect for coffee lovers and to taste a range of unique coffee’s.

Fantastic quality coffee accompanied by staff who actually love coffee and are seriously knowledgeable. what more could you ask for! Yahava offer free coffee tasting which is such an exceptional service considering the quality of coffee beans and how knowledgeable their staff are. We had Pierre today who explained a variety of extraction techniques and treated us to several coffee bean types(Romeo No. 5 was a hit!) Their Ice Koffee mix is a big hit — I buy a bottle everytime! Yahava is a must-stop when you’re in Swan Valley. Today was the first day I went on a week day and it was a lot more enjoyable — this place is crazy on weekends which can make tasting a bit crammed and less enjoyable.

This is just down the road from me. Quite cute, service is nice and décor is quirky. I expected better coffee from a coffee bean place. There are plenty of cute things to buy. It’s worth the stop, the coffee itself is nice I think it’s more how it’s made by baristas. It’s a quaint spot for an Arvo coffee or another spot of difference if you’re touring the swan valley.

Every time I’ve visited Yahava it’s been busy — sometimes so full it’s hard to move around — by what appears to be tourists and that says it all, really. I get the feeling that it’s the kind of place where people who don’t know anything about coffee go to get what they think is a great cup, probably because it’s so busy and /or their friends like it. I’ve never had a decent coffee there, and have often found the staff to be uninterested(and rather rude on one occasion some time ago). I really don’t see what all the fuss is about.

Was looking forward to going to this place, especially learning a little about coffee and perhaps tasting some different variety of coffee’s. Walked in, had a look around, even waited at the tasting counter and not one person acknowledged my existence. Staff were more concerned with either bagging coffee, talking random stuff behind another counter or serving other people purchasing coffee. Considering I was anticipating purchasing something during my visit, I ended up leaving empty handed, and disappointed. Seeing as I am visiting from Brisbane. Anyway, perhaps consider improving your customer service. Just a thought.

I went out of my way to visit Yahava KoffeeWorks and I’m glad I did because this is a coffee shop, and not just a café. Yahava has 12 world-class coffees in their stable and that doesn’t include their Speciality Estate, Premium and Seasonal Blend coffees. On the tasting bench you can learn everything you need to know, about any coffee there, and you can cup and taste the differences of any. Or how about the Roastery where beans are roasted fresh every day before being winged across the country to expectant fans. For me, the shop was mesmerising, coffee bling and knick-knacks that ranged from Bodum glass pots and glasses, to traditional espresso pots, tons of coffee mugs with trendy or humorous motifs, tea towels, pictures, magnets, coat hanger racks, and keep going. I’d definitely shop there for fun Christmas presents. Staff were amazing. Fun, educated and really into their jobs. Other Swan Valley«attractions» need to take note: service counts! And my large take-away cappuccino was what i wanted and needed. For those who want a drive through service, they offer that here too.

Went here for a coffee after bike ride from east Perth to swan valley. They have sixteen different kinds of coffee. Coffee tastings Coffee beans and ground coffee available. And if you like your coffee with milk then they have a café with cakes and lemon slice. :) They have an outdoor seating area. Sell cute mugs, tea sets, coffee plungers and other stuff. Love this place.

Yahava is a great place for coffee drinker lovers who likes to try different types of blends of coffee. Unfortunately, its not a good place to enjoy a cup of latte as you would expected it. At the small café, I ordered two lattes and a croissant with ham and cheese, the croissant was completely tasteless(worse that the ones you buy at coles or woollies) as for the lattes, both beverages tasted differently. What a dissapointing experience this was. As I mentioned before, if you are after to a coffee tasting experience Yahava is the place, if you want to enjoy a good cup of coffee go somewhere else. It’s a pity, as the place has a nice view.

Love the new drive thru. Great fun trying some different coffees. Nice setting to have a coffee whilst overlooking the nearby lake. Small café menu and ice creams available. Roasting on site.

I am such a big fan of Yahava coffee. It seriously beats every coffee I have ever tried. Yes. Ever. They are just Amaze balls. Just so good. Their customer service is so spot on. I seriously can’t fault a company that will give you free coffee. I was sold the first time I went to their Margaret River store. Hook line and sinker. But honestly all gimmicks aside, their coffee is the best. I actually love their swan valley café too. It’s a really lovely venue and the food is delish! The gift range is really awesome too, especially if you have a coffee lover to buy for! Sorry, this review is a bit love struck, but hey, they are really fab and one of my fav’s. Check them out. Maybe I just had my coffee goggles on, but I doubt it!

We were fortunate enough to stumble onto Yahava Margaret River by chance… and i am so glad we did. If you are ever driving between wineries in the Margaret river wine growing region of Western Australia do the designated driver a favor and pull in. Filled with chocolate covered beans, cakes coffee and snacks it is a must between stops.

I was stuck on buying a Christmas gift for my boss last year, completely stuck as he has absolutely everything. I heard that Yahava in the Swan Valley have a pretty good gift shop and considering that the Swan Valley is only a 20 minute drive from the CBD I thought I would make the trip. Yahava is housed in a gigantic shed with a café, coffee school, gift shop, roaster and coffee tasting bar. It is literally a one stop for coffee lovers or coffee newbies. I partook in a bit of coffee tasting of the different variety of beans, each blend had a strength rating as well as a distinctive profile. I ended up purchasing a bag of beans as a result of the tasting, a coffee flavoured dessert sauce and chocolate covered beans from the café. My boss loves coffee! So in the end I avoided the congested shopping centres, found parking with ease and partook in coffee tasting, it turned out to be a good little trip with little stress at all during the peak holiday season.

I went to Yahava last weekend as part of a Swan Valley tour. First, we had the opportunity to watch a staff member roast coffee beans as she explained the process. It was really interesting. I noticed a sign saying they also offer different coffee courses with their Yahava Koffee Academy. Our group did a coffee tasting, starting with a mild blend, followed by a medium one and a strong one, accompanied by chocolate covered coffee beans and toffee. Their coffee selection is definitely on the fine side, with several of their blends having won some coffee awards. Despite that, they claim«there is no best coffee» which to me shows they are not arrogant(as they could be, having won lots of gold, silver and bronze medals!), they’re simply passionate about coffee. And I have to agree with their statement, coffee is a matter of personal taste(as it often is for many things in life). We then tasted their iced coffee syrup which, mixed with milk, turns out into a beautiful iced coffee. I thought iced coffee was just cold coffee with milk, sugar and ice but tasting their iced coffee, it reminded me of the iced coffee I used to drink in cafes during the summer in Canada. So that syrup was a nice surprise. Then we tried their chai latte syrup which was also delicious. I really wanted more but a bottle costs $ 15 and it’s not in my budget right now. It’s something I’d really like to have in my kitchen though! Yahava KoffeeWorks has a shop where one can buy their coffee products as well as lots of coffee related accessories and gifts and a café. There is a nice area at the back with tables and chair with a view on the valley. They roast and grind their coffee beans on site, and the whole place smells wonderful. It was the first place we stopped at during our tour of the Swan Valley and I think it was my favourite because of the quantity and quality of the samples. They have coffees from all over the world and I like the idea that one can taste coffee like they would taste wine and try to figure out the different notes, the texture etc. It’s really interesting. It was my first coffee tasting, but hopefully not the last as they have so many different coffees I’d like to try out!
