This café /​takeaway business has recently changed owners /​management so I am having some customer service withdrawals at the moment.
The new owners are friendly and efficient, but there is still a small something lacking for me.
The focus isn’t about fresh, clean, vibrant salads, sandwiches, wraps and rolls as much as it used to be. And even though I didn’t /​don’t eat from the takeaway/​carvery hotbox, the selection has definitely dwindled in this section as well.
I am sure if you are willing to wait, they will make you anything you like, but if you are looking to get in and out, be ready for a small selection /​variety of foods to choose from.
I do however stop in for a regular cup of coffee on my way to work in the mornings. They do make a nice cup of coffee, not the best in town, but good enough to keep me stopping in on a regular basis.
