Absolutely terrible service. They missed 2⁄3 of my order, I called immediately to request where the rest of it was, and was told that it must have slipped through their quality assurance measure — although they’re non-existent. They said on Monday that the shirts would be resent, which I needed for an urgent event the following week. The shirts never arrived. They hung up on my call to request where they were on Thursday, and never called me back. The Friday comes and goes — still no product. Now I’ve been told that the replacement shirts were never ordered, and there’s no record of my conversations. I’m down 3 shirts for an event on Monday, and all thanks to terrible customer service!
