Very very nice staff. We had a person with us with very specific dietary needs. Our waiter Tadeu was extremely helpful with this.(he may have been the manager as our original waiter didn’t speak English). He went and checked in with the chef to make sure our request was followed carefully. The food is delicious and if you’re coming from America, it’s it’s pretty reasonably priced. ~80 real or $ 20 for a salmon fillet. Just a heads up to those that have never been to Brazil: there’s no tap water here at any restaurant. If you ask for water they bring you a bottle. This restaurant has a very great atmosphere too and is located right on the beach by Windsor Barra hotel.

This is probably one of the most delicious Italian restaurants I’ve had in many years!!! My friend is on business trip in Rio de Janeiro and tried this restaurant a couple of times prior to my arrival. When she suggested this place for dinner, I was a bit skeptical at first because it is right next to the hotel we were staying(Windsor Barra), and I thought this could be another«tourist trap». I was, however, blown away by the quality of the pasta that we both ordered, as well as their cheese bread and the bottle of Portuguese wine suggested by the connoisseur. The pasta that she ordered is probably the most expensive entrée in the restaurant, R$ 98 which is approximately $ 44 in the U.S. The pasta I had was heavenly delicious in cream sauce with baked bacon pieces and sausage at R$ 52 or R$ 54, which was equally good if not better. I would totally go back if gaining calories is no objection. :P I realize this is the second review written for this restaurant, but it does truly deserve a 5-star review for its exceptional quality of food and comfortable ambience! :D

Um restaurante italiano que nunca decepciona. Ambiente agradável, boa carta de vinhos e um menu à altura das boas trattorias italianas. Vou com frequência, pois o restaurante sempre cria menus especiais, como o festival da trufa durante a temporada em Alba.
