While in Santiago Chile my son was injured by the doors in the metro. He had a small cut next to his eye and was bleeding a lot. We did not know there was nurse services in the metro and took our 3 year old to Cruz Verde to get supplies, gauze, disinfectant and tape. They told us to go back to the metro for nurse service and did not let us cut in line or any kind of preferential treatment for an injured child. they also did not help us get the materials needed to address my child’s injuries. Criminal! Awful! Never go there.
