Fitness World

OK, kind of the same standard on every Fitness World you go to and they don’t surprise here.
I actually have nothing more to say. Consequently bored and tired staff, dirty restrooms…
The gym is more tidy and they seem to update their equipment and keeping it in good condition. Smell ya later Fitness World Søborg.or maybe never.

Moving to Copenhagen one of many things on the agenda was finding a place where I could go for a swim a couple of times a week, if not that, at least a good old fashioned workout or run. Well, the swimming part I haven’t quite worked out yet, but, a membership with Fitness World gives you access to both Frederiksbergs Svømmehal and Kildeskovshallen which is a big plus in my book.
I am starting to understand that Fitness World is all over Denmark, ALL OVER DENMARK, everywhere I turn there’s a fitness world bag or sign. But that’s all good, since the membership also grants you access to all of these Fitness World locations, so plenty of choice there.
This particular location is quite close to where I live and it is not super big but I find it quite cozy. The equipment is in a good condition, the staff is friendly and you usually get access to the machines that you need, if not you just take a l (n?)ap and come back.
If I’m a bit picky, I would say that the entrance is very dark, on many occasions I have actually thought that it was closed, there just isn’t any light there. Another thing being the music, as it is with most gyms, it is just quite boring most of the times, so bring your smartphone and a good headset! (hard to please everyone I guess :))
Now I just need to work out the swimming part and I’m all set.
