What does a hungry American do in Copenhagen on a Wednesday night? Hunt down Indian food, of course. And I lucked out with Maharaja. Charming, old-world(European) décor but with a full-on Indian menu with a couple new twists(like the giant prawn pakora — NICE). I went for the always comforting chicken korma and pulao and was not disappointed. Not as creamy as I am used to but just as savory and in a generous helping. Also great was the fresh garlic nan and quite possibly the best mango lassi I ever had. A VERY good find indeed.
