We had dinner at Ravelinen last month and it was fantastic! Although it was chilly, we ate in their beautiful outdoor seating area because there were some heaters and the view was so great we couldn’t pass it up. The menu was small but well crafted. I don’t normally eat meat, but since they used local and responsibly farmed ingredients, I had the chicken dish. It was superb and tasted better than your run of the mill chicken. It was cooked to perfection and highlighted with a rhubarb compote. The sides were very complimentary as well. I forget what my husband had, but he enjoyed it as well. If you like the farm to table concept and want a break from the hustle and bustle of Copenhagen, you should definitely check this restaurant out.
