Amazing«snail» buns, great coffee and really friendly service from the man himself. Worth a detour.

First cofee place I’ve tried in Denmark since all the starbucks cofee drinking in the USA. Nothing special. No frills cofee at a decent price. The other plus is they are open early in the morning. I went at 7am

So divine. He’s a true pastry artist. If you want to knock your socks off, buy a 6-pack of the salted caramel macarons. Nikolaos Strangas rivals La Duree with this flavour of macaron. Truly, I’ve tasted La Duree’s not long after eating Nikolaos’ and I much prefer Strangas. True perfection!

This is one of the best bakeries i have ever been to. The passionfruit cake so so full of flavor, and the macaroons just melt in your mouth — the best i have ever had. The desserts are also beautiful and so well presented, you almost don’t want to eat them! In addition to being a phenomenal bakery, the girls who were there were SO nice to me and my husband. I wish I didn’t visit Strangers on my last day in Copenhagen or i definitely would have gone back again and again! If you’re visiting Copenhagen this bakery should be a must on your list of places to try!

WOOOH i just love this place! their cakes rock! I had the one with strawberry powder outside and chocolate inside. The chocolate was really really really rich, and their are some strawberry crunch inside too. I really like this cake. They did a good job on the base too. I also ordered a hot chocolate, I feel like this hot chocolate is not as good as Angelina’s, so I wouldn’t recommend you to get it. I also like how they have macaron samples on the counter that you get to try it out. I really like the color of the macarons, but I wasn’t feeling to try them out. I was surprise how the owner of this place is an author of his recipe book. The decoration was quite minimalist. This place rocks. I’ll definitely recommend people to visit here.

A good place if you have a sweet tooth and have a craving for cake. It’s fancy, tasty, beautiful and something extra. It’s a bit more expensive than the ordinary places but it’s totally worth it. I had the White Dream cake, really yummi. My friend had a cake with rasberry — really tasty.

Delicious little panna cotta, you are a work of art. Your creamy dance on my tongue makes me smile. My lips love wrapping themselves around the spoon in anticipation of the ballet of flavors. Vanilla, banana, pineapple. A cool combination of textures, from smooth to chewy to crunchy, goes too quickly. Next time I’ll require 2.

Little pieces of cake art that are beautiful to the eyes and the taste buds. Highly recommend reserving a table if you want to sit and enjoy the cakes in the shop as there are not many tables and they can be hard to come by(especially on weekends). Single serving cakes are ~50kr, which is reasonable considering(1) it’s Copenhagen and(2) you’re eating art.

Found this place taking a leisurely walk back from lunch about to cross one of the bodies of water. It has a very modern façade and the alignment of the baked goods while preventing a lot of negative space was artful in it’s own right. Macarons, licorice and many other confections line the shop. As I looked at the counter I saw a few copies of cookbooks with one«Natura» by Albert Adria. You know a pastry chef is serious when he’s looking at the works one of the great minds behind El Bulli. What’s morer important is that their line of macrons are every bit as good as the ones I had in Paris.
