I studied abroad in Copenhagen and this was one bike provider in the area that you could get a student discount at. The bikes were always late to be available to picked up(I got mine relatively quickly, about three days after my order) but some people had to wait a week or two. They ran out of bikes and still would promise orders. To fill all these bike orders, they then started building bikes in the shop to be given out– BUT they gave them out without letting them set and dry completely so some, including myself, encountered lose handlebars(very scary and some actually came off the bike while riding) and mine also had a lose seat that took them several visits to replace finally. They make you pay sometimes for repairs even when you have insurance. Ran out of helmets and baskets too at the start of the semester as well, just seemed generally unprepared and disorganized with what they actually had in stock. I would recommend other bicycle places in Copenhagen for better quality and reliability!
