Starting from the basics… the crust was handmade and the guy nailed the thicknes! Truelly italian style thin crust. The sause seemed to be canned, but it has good seasoning and it was very good. I can’t tell about the cheese because there was not too much on my pizza. I’m not a big fun of cheese, so it was perfect :) The pizzas are baked in gas oven, that leaves a more yeasty flavour compare to wood/brick ovens. But not all pizzarias can have the perfect oven. Finally, the topping. Excellent and fresh ingredients, nicelly distributed with good analogy. Overall, it was a 4 stars pizza, with 5 stars service! I don’t care about how small is the place. It’ss a take-away, noone should care :) I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 because every time I have different pizza and the quality ia consistent! They also accept all types of cards.
