A friend of mine was in town and he suggested Manzel. I had never heard of it, but was excited because I like Lebanese food, and have had my share of the tasty variety. I would have to suggest that you should just go big and get the ”large menu”. It’s basically a bunch of small dishes, like tapas, that just keeps coming, and really give you a great sampling of everything with a nice variety. You start off with a really nice soup, a bunch of small appetizers of dips, bread, and starters, and I love that it just keeps coming. The dessert was underwhelming, but it did have a nice creamy caramelized semolina, made with rose water that made it worth it. We started with a cocktail, shared a bottle of wine, and ended with a cocktail. It was pricey, but if you want to try something different and like the idea of small plates and sharing, this could be your new place. The service was fine, and I thought the décor and atmosphere complimented the meal.
