This is a sports bar/restaurant. It is very noisy, lots of cheering fans– which I find amusing! The food was ok, I had the curry. I wasn’t a huge fan of it.

Last weekend I’ve been on a holiday to Copenhagen, but still didn’t want to miss out on All Ireland game, so we popped in to the Irish pub«Dubliner» to support«Boys in Blue» What an atmosphere! Mayo Vs Dublin! It was great to see lads proudly supporting their own counties wearing Jersies :) Certainly me and my boyfriend had a few good pints of Guinness following traditional Irish meal:) This pub is a perfect place for lads catching up while watching a game :)

We just had lunch there after walking all over the place looking for soup and salad. We were hungry and desperate. I had the soup of the day which was just terrible and expensive, a bowl of soup was $ 10.00, the lettuce salad with feta was eatable except that had fresh mixed greens with some old lettuce. My husband’s ham sandwich was $ 12.00 Service was awful and beware!!! FYI: You don’t need to leave a tip, but when we asked they said to leave 20% which was very wrong! Unfortunately we found out about it too late. All together we paid almost $ 44.00 dollars for soup, salad and a sandwich. They have a good selection of beers and I don’t drink but my sister had a Ginger beer that was very tasty, expensive though:(

Perfectly located on Stroget. I went in for a drink(Guinness) and a bite(hamburger) to eat. The Guinness was perfect but the food was uneatable. The burger, is difficult to fail to get eatable, but they made it. The potato chips tasted bad, probably due to the frying oil. So all in all, come Hera for a drink, but DON’T EATHERE!

Popped in here for a drink and lunch one day while exploring Copenhagen. Sat at the bar, the bartender was alright but nothing exceptional. She did let me try the cider and then suggested the glögg, which I ended up getting… it was SO good and really strong too, I was surprised. Had the fish and chips platter which was huge, I only ate about half of it. It was pretty good. This place was on the expensive side, which I guess I’d expect for any type of touristy bar but didn’t really feel like this place was touristy. But I knew that going in there, Copenhagen is expensive. Overall, decent spot to stop for some food and drinks while checking out the sights.

Came here with coworkers after a long flight, the place looked really nice and we sat to have a drink. After a while some of us got hungry so we all decided to get food. When the food came it came how they wanted it not how we ordered. Me and a Coworker ordered the burger just with cheese and bacon, no mayo or any sauce, with salad on the side and when we got it, it had more mayo than anything else and they said they wouldn’t change it. It was the most expensive peace of meat I’ve ever eaten.

I stopped here for lunch one day and got the beef & Guinness pie with fries. The pie was actually beef stew but it was honestly to die for. I’ve never had better beef stew in my life, and my family is very Irish and obsessed with everything Irish. My meal was about 84DKK, not cheap but not crazy expensive either. I really enjoyed my meal here, I would definitely go back!

Pretty good spot for a couple of drinks and food if you’re hungry. I don’t know why this bar has such a low rating in Unilocal but I was pretty happy with the service and food. I had the fish and chips for dinner here and it didn’t take very long for it to arrive on my table. It was a busy Valentines night bit we got our drinks with no problems. Cash is king and I learned that when I tried to use an American credit card at several places and was denied. It was easier to pay cash versus putting it on plastic and dealing with the foreign transaction fees.

Good old Dubliner. Never empty on weekends. When I am in the mood for an Irish bar, this is the place to go to. Great for live sports!

As any good Englishman/woman/child/wannabe would, my partner and I came here a couple times when I took a trip to Copenhagen and we were looking for somewhere familiar to have a seat and a nice drink. Drinks are pretty expensive, but Copenhagen’s an expensive city for visitors; they’re about average for the city from what I could tell. The first time we came here was in the evening on the Friday so it was really busy with loud music, though we did manage to find a seat and relax. It’s quite dark in there in the evening so it belies the size of it. I’m fairly sure they do comedy gigs here too some evenings, as well as live Irish music. We came here the next morning for an Irish breakfast before a long day and I thought the food was fine, in fact I thought it was quite good considering we weren’t in the British Isles. During the day you definitely get to see how big the pub is, and how bright and airy it can be. It’s really nice and cosy once you can actually see it. The servers and the patrons were really friendly and relaxed — halfway through our meal the whole pub(to be fair, less than 20 other people) burst into song, which I’m sure we would have sung along to if only we knew Danish!

I usually avoid this bar in the popular hours. Even though it is as big as an aircraft hangar, it can indeed be very, very crowded ! However, popping by a wednesday afternoon it can be a true delight ! It offers the standard selection of thick foamy irish draughts, a random game of cricket on the television and a mix of people in all ages, genders, races — fantastic. It is not particularly irish-ish and if you are seeking the true irish pub experience as you find it on the other side of the channel, you are better of elsewhere. But can you settle for less and just want to enjoy a Guinness with your mates, then this is the place to do it ! …outside of rush hour.

Come for the beer, leave for the food. Seriously, the food here is awful — you could tell they rarely change their frying oil. Not a bad place to kick back with a pint, be it alone or in a group, though. There’s plenty of space. Unlike other reviews, I had no problem using an «American-style» signature credit card.

Stopped in for dinner and I had the Guinness and Mushroom beef pie — very tasty. Very large place that was not obvious from the street. For Americans — bring cash, credit cards that require a signature are tough throughout Copenhagen, but tin this place it was impossible.

Not great. irsh men of the staff are not friendly, the place, just like the irish rover that sucks too, has no soul. try Charlies, the Sharmrock or Sankt Nikolai. it’s much better and you’ll feel ike you’re in a pub and not lke you’re in a money factoryw here nobody cares about seing you again or having made you spend a great night.

I guess this is my least favourite of the Irish pubs in Copenhagen. I’ve always found it a bit cramped for space. This is not only because it is generally busysometimes quite hectic, but also due to its unusual and slightly uncomfortable layout/shape. Besides this it is the usual Irish pub by numbers. Guiness. live musicthe craic(?). You might not be too disappointed.
