If you’re looking to get good installation service that is fast or even decently fast, this is not the place to go. Signed up for DSL service and was told it would take a month before someone from Telekom would come install it. On the day of install, I sat waiting for the technician and although he called to confirm the address with me, he never ended up showing. After waiting 7 hours at the house, I went to the O2 store to ask about this. No apologies were given, just a simple «he didn’t show up» and a reschedule for another appointment another ten more days. When I asked what would happen if the technician decided not to show up again, there was no answer.
So now, I have to wait ten more days and just hope they actually show up, while having to find wifi elsewhere to be able to do my work. I have little confidence in them. Will report back if they show up or not.
