I offer individual counselling for adults in cases of anxiety, stress, depression, emotional difficulties and problems in coping with difficult life situations and transitions, like divorce, changing jobs, moving home, becoming a parent or an empty-​nester, retiring etc.

I also offer individual, couple and group coaching. I specialize in emotional intelligence coaching for individuals, couples and especially parents who would like to know how to support development of emotional intelligence in their children. I also offer depression prevention coaching and couple communication coaching, helping couples learn to communicate in clear, non-​aggressive and empathic way.

I work mainly in Erlangen, but appointments in Nürnberg are also possible on certain days. Please get in touch with me for more information.
