Edo’s Hummus Küche

Please excuse my English but it has to be said regardless of language…
The food here is fantastic, loved the hummus, falafel and pita bread. Everything was very fresh and well prepared, I will be back!

I work as a film producer/​writer in L.A. (‘vivaldi’ ‘Bach’) with frequent work visits to Berlin, London, New York and Toronto. Between meetings a close friend in Freiburg Germany who is aware of my vegan diet took me to Edo’s Hummus Kuche. In all my travels through N. America, Europe and the Middle East I have not had Mediterranean food which comes close to Edo’s in taste, nutrition, presentation and overall quality of food and restaurant ambiance. Edo is a very sincere, welcoming, talented chef and entrepreneur who obviously appreciates the value and attraction of fresh wholesome meals presented in a simple-​yet –wholesome, delicious fashion. The Israeli Salad, Hummus and falafel-​and Adrienne– are enough to keep me coming back to Freiburg and hoping Edo opens another Edo’s Hummus Kuche somewhere in Southern California and elsewhere in N. America.

WOW, Bombe…
ein Traum, nicht nur für Vegetarier und Veganer.
Man kann zu dem Humus (4,30 €) noch Beilagen bestellen; z.B. Pilze (sehr lecker) oder Falaffel (2,50 €) dazu bekommt man Brot… Salate gibt es für 3,50 €
Es gibt gute Limonaden Fritz Kola, Chari Tea, Proviant Limo und Freiburger Matelimo.
Der Laden ist sehr klein und unscheinbar, aber ihn zu finden allemal wert!
Während wir beim Essen aus dem Fenster schauten, standen die Menschen Schlage hinter uns.
Geschmacksexplosion garantiert!

War da jetz 2 mal und fand es sehr lecker, vor allem der hummus und der israelische Salat
Die location ist allerdings sehr klein
