Wiesbaden’s Stadtfest(City Fest) was the reason why I found this little gem of a food truck. There were only a few things open since everyone was in the process of setting up for the concert. My options were the standard bratwurst, pommes, and crêpe stands. None of those seemed appetizing at the moment, but I was so happy to see this lady setting up her food truck. She was super friendly and was nice enough to let us to order even though I don’t think she was 100% ready. I always appreciate it when establishments bend the rules alittle bit for the customers! They had a beets and seeds sandwich– my friend ordered that. The sauce that came with that was a orangey red sauce. He claimed it was amazing and he is a vegetarian so he has a lot of experience with veggie and vegan burgers. My garden lover sandwich was the bomb. I was so happy with the yogurt dressing, fresh veggies, and perfectly fried patty. I believe the patty consisted of potato, peas, carrots, onion.(I could be wrong because I was going by my tastebuds and the texture of the vegan patty.) Note: I tried veganism for a week and then switched to vegetarianism for a month and it didn’t last. This sandwich alone could have easily converted me back to veganism! Anyways, I don’t know where they will be next… But definitely keep a lookout for this place. My only regret is that I didn’t buy two sandwiches. I should have gotten one to go!
