Amazingly poor customer service coupled with unwelcoming attitude. I ordered dessert buffet and what I got was something unusually sad. Few different dishes and some of them I wouldn’t even serve to my mom. Overuse of whipped cream didn’t end to bad cakes, no, it had to have an own bowl for that. Chocolate desserts were ok but not to the standard I was hoping for. Thus, we ended up leaving in 10 minutes and it is quaranteed, we’re not coming back.

An Austrian style café, just a short walk from the main center of town, offering a nice selection of cakes and a chilled environment in which to enjoy said goodies. They offer a saturday brunch for 23 € and although I did not partake the selction looked to represent good value for money, so worth a sniff if you missed your hotel breakfast due to a late night. As well as the brunch there was a good selection of pre-set breakfast/lunch options again at a pretty fair price. Service was good and the atmosphere with the white table cloths was very congenial. Juice and coffee was served to the table which is a nice touch as you are often required to fetch these yourself from a buffet in Helsinki. One top of the fact that you don’t have to walk the four metres to get your coffee was the quantity that you receive, we got a jug of juice and a(thermos) pot of coffee that was a decent size and it stayed hot, this give massive kudos to Krulla. So if your in no great rush and wish to enjoy a relaxed brekku I would recommend it.
