Killer margaritas and veggie tacos. Coming from San Francisco and enjoying the best, most authentic Mexican food the Mission District has to offer, I have been saddened by the Mexican offerings here in Helsinki. I’ve been spoiled by San Diego and LA and SF… I know. But things are looking up in Helsinki in the Mexican food department (nice job!).
This is actually a great, authentic-​ish place with good vibes and cool people working the bar (another huge plus for Helsinki! Good job!). I like the décor, they don’t mind my enormous pram being dragged in for family meals, and I like that we can enjoy early dinner and a beer with the little guy or come here for a good start to a fun grown-​ups-​only night out.
So: Good food. Good drinks. Corona! Great for an after-​work beer. Great for families (they probably don’t want that advertised. lol.) early on in the evening. Great for drinks out with friends. Good vegetarian food. Good vibes. Good people working here. Go here. Just go here.
****People keep saying they have small portions. If you are a normal person with a normal appetite, they actually have really decent portions.

Nice atmosphere but the food portions are small and overpriced. Nothing like traditional Mexican cuisine.

This time I has the carnitas tacitos. The meat was so savory. Add a bit of guacamole to pimp them out and you got it going on. Speaking of guac, I had it with their bomb-​ass real corn chips and almost passed out from the scrumptiousness. You must try it. It is sad that their kitchen doesn’t open until 5PM, though.

Very atmospheric and unique place: you feel like being in a little mexico. The staff is extremely helpful and receptive. Only after sitting for few moments the waitress guided us to make the order at the front desk. The place is quite popular and while some tables are empty, there are tables reservations stucked in paper notes in glasses (check your table!). NOTE: This is strictly *taco* place, small snacks, nothing to fill your belly for a long time. Prices are extremely high: 8 euros for two small tacos, 13 three, 16 four. Not worth the stay other than checking a trendy place.

Cosy little restaurant where they serve simple but good dishes. The taco’s are good, fresh ingredients and pretty authentic. The service is very fast, my dishes were there a minute after I ordered (at the bar, no idea why). Could have had some more dishes on the menu. I Was there to eat, but looked like a great place to have cocktails as well, dj booth was all set up for it :-)

Pretty awesome place. Last time I had Mexican food was in New Mexico, and as far as I’m concerned — this was pretty authentic. Awesome place, friendly staff, and the food comes fast.

Their chipotle sauce is to die for! Great beef tacos, fresh nachos and delish quesadillas. Highly recommended!

Nice, spicy and gluten free (gluteeniton). Quick service. Pretty authentic feel, almost healthy! More kind of a hang out bar than a fine dine restaurant.
