The short version is that the burritos are tasty, the service is friendly, and the price is about right(apart from those tiny 6-euro beers, yikes). The restaurant however has potential to improve and really should, as it’s probably as easy as hiring more people. The overall concept appears pretty similar to Chipotle Mexican Grill with a twist to make it more of a bar than a fast food joint. It’s supposed to be street, raw, industrial or something. The main thing that gives it a nice feel is the dim lighting. Anyway, you queue along a counter and choose fillings to put into your burrito. You however have fewer choices than at Chipotle, the ingredients don’t seem quite as fresh, the operation is generally much less efficient, and of course there is a more independent café/bar feel to the place. I haven’t yet visited the other location(found on Hämeenkatu across from Stockmann’s) to see how rigid this concept is in practice, but I assume it’s the same. The positives are clear: the service is friendly and the burritos are really good. I intend to go through all the options. But this sure is wet and messy stuff. It’s marketed as street food. It isn’t. This is food you should eat at a table covered in paper towels, or take home and then hit the shower. The main problem in this restaurant seems to be understaffing. My experience has been about the same each time, which goes a long way to show the issues are not random and the management should look into fixing these problems. All I can say is that the street part best refers to the frequency of cleaning the establishment. It may happen that you find rubbish on every table, and the tables will not even be cleaned during your stay. Last time I intentionally sat and waited a bit extra time to see how long it would take, but I was only greeted by some fruit flies before leaving. Not cool. I’ll give 4 stars to acknowledge the full potential. There’s room for the food in this town. The tables should however be kept clean, and the obvious solution to the problem seems to be hiring some more people. This would probably make the operation much more efficient, too, and help clear out the counter area much quicker. Clean and fast is appreciated pretty much universally. Fail this, and I will stop going.

A wonderfully convenient location for a Latino street kitchen joint. The décor is very hipster. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The concept here is to build your own burrito(kind of like Subway but sehr hipster and with burritos). I’ve been here twice and definitely enjoyed my burrito more the second time(dropped the coleslaw). The terrace outside is convenient though noisy during the summer but a good place to wait for your bus.
