We had dinner at brasserie toche on april 30. Service was as unfriendly as it can be, the food is another story. My husband ordered menu gourmand for 35 eur. He got a salad du chevre chaud which was far from fresh, then filet American with the same salad a cote and as desert moelleax au chocolate which was dry inside. Me i ordered nems with fish inside (and champinions) the combination really terrible and salad with thai souce a cote at 23 eur. Overall i did not eat my food. The waitress did not bother asking why. We paid 74 eur for dinner without any wine and we left with bad taste in our mouths. Place to be avoided

I thought it would be difficult to get a bad meal in Bandol, France but the Brasserie adjacent to this Auberge du Porte, owned by the same person, proved me wrong! It started with brutally unfriendly service. You would have thought I had run over her dog or something. Then I got a soggy salad followed by a tatare that was flavorless disappointing.
But the worst aspect, even though the food was bad, was the horrible service. I love eating out and I enjoy chatting with the waiters. My wife left her entire meal on the plate (fish with mushrooms in spring roll) but the waitress just sneered at her as she took the plate away. She should have asked if anything was wrong.
I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is not fresh, service is atrocious and irbid expensive. Avoid this place!

Edles, ausgezeichnetes Fischrestaurant am Hafen von Bandol mit aufmerksamer Bedienung, vielleicht ein wenig steif, aber wem’s gefaellt…
Der Kellner fragte, ob er den gegrilltn Loup de Mer zerteilt servieren solle — ich haette gerne mein Gesicht bei der Fragestellung gefilmt. Nachdem der Loup serviert wurde, als eine Art leichte Salzkruste, konnte ich meine Begeisterung nicht mehr zaehmen, der Loup war hervorragend zubereitet, gruene Jungspargelstifte und Salzkartoffel in Miniaturabfuellung (voellig OK, der Loup ist gross genug). Komme gerne zurueck!
