If you ever find yourself in the French Comte region of France, you must take the time to see this gorgeous space. It was built in 1212. You can not help but to feel awe inspired upon entering this cathedral. To think that for over 800 years this place of worship has been a place of comfort (mostly, considering the history of our world, that is) to the masses, is truly heartwarming. The place is very visitor friendly, just consider you are in a place of worship. Take some euro coins, like most cathedrals you can light candles for personal prayers. Or, do what I did… simply let the goodness of the space fill you and then, pray.
