They have many different flavors. Quality is fair, however they overcharged my wife by 20%.

The Best. Ice Cream. EVER!
Seriously, it could not get better. Give me gelato from Sardinia, gelato from Italy, ice cream from all over France, UK… nothing stand up to quality of Regaliz. As an ice cream monster who try some everywhere I go, I can only say Regaliz is an absolute crème de la crème!
This little shop near the beach in Biarritz, south of France, during summer months serve around 50 flavours (!) and each and one of them is an absolute delight. And I’m pretty sure I tasted most of them;)
The staff is very kind and patient, always with big smile even after you have already asked 5 times to taste different flavours;) Prices are affordable and servings generous. Ice creams are artisanal and the flavours vary from traditional ones like excellent Pistachio or Vanilla to surprising but delectable Chocolat with Piment d’Espelette, Gâteau Basque or Cactus Citron Vert. They also do various experiments with flavours so if you’re lucky you’ll find some very original ones (Cider ice cream anyone?).
If you really want me to recommend just a few, I’d say Tarte au Citron Meringuée, Pistachio and Chocolat Blanc. They are to die for! And Gâteau Basque. And Dulce de Leche. Aaaand basically all of them!;)
There’s only one bad thing about this outstanding Basque place — it close its doors from November till April! But honestly, any time is worth the wait for the regale of Regaliz!
