Firstly: this bar is the«back pocket» of the restaurant Osteria Italiana in the next building, but it has it’s own entrance, menu, staff and ambience, so needs a review of it’s own. We were there a sunny Saturday and got a table outside, which was nice for tanning our legs as well as people watching on Schellingstrasse. The wine list by the glass is exciting; we chose a Sauvignon Blanc and a Coda di Volpe, both Italian whites. Neither blew my hat off, but both were nice acquaintances. The bruschetta was tasty but a bit heavy on the oil. The espresso lived up to expectations. Clearly a place worth considering for lunch, drinks or a snack when nearby!
